About the Crusher Bucket

A crusher bucket is an attachment that can be integrated with heavy-duty machinery like excavators and can crush waste materials like stone or concrete, making them ready for recycling. It can be used in various sectors, such as construction and mining.

Crusher Bucket’s Basic Features

Working Principle: The material is crushed and broken with the help of rotating jaws or rotating drums.

Assembly: It can be easily attached to the excavator or loader arm

Capacity: Varies depending on the model (usually between 0.5 and 10 m³/hour).

Breaking Setting: It is possible to adjust the size of the material to be shredded.

Hydraulic System: It uses the hydraulic power of the work machine.

Crusher Bucket Uses

1. Demolition projects – On-site crushing of demolished concrete into fill.

2. Recycling – Reuse of construction waste.

3. Infrastructure works – Crushing stone for fill or road infrastructure.

4. Mining and quarry works – On-site small-scale stone crushing.

Crusher Bucket Advantages

• By reversing the rotation, clogged materials can be easily released.

• The upper and lower jaw plates can be exchanged with each other, and the rear and front sections can also be exchanged.

• Compared with other European manufacturers’s belt drive system, we are using direct drive system which makes maintenance much eaiser!

• With the 24V magnet (option), the reinforcing bars can be easily removed from crushed reinforcement.

• If our product “New Concrete Crusher” is used together, work efficiency will be increased much more.

Things to Consider with Crusher Bucket

  • The machine’s hydraulic power must be sufficient.

  • Performance may decrease under excessively harsh conditions.

  • Wear parts (jaws, etc.) require periodic maintenance.

  • Noise and dust may be generated—appropriate occupational safety measures should be taken.
